Farnan Hearing on April 28, 2008

Advocates' attorneys will argue before the District Court judge on Monday, April 28, 2008 at 1:30pm.

The California Teachers Association is attempting to get involved with this very high profile case on behalf of our opposition, the Capistrano Unified School District, and consequently have filed a motion to intervene  (see Top Story).
