SB 777 UPDATE: SCHWARZENEGGER REDEFINES GENDER

Advocates continues to press forward with our lawsuit in an attempt to overturn the ill effects of SB 777, the bill that redefines the term "gender" for all school children through the Education Code. The redefinition of gender states that you are what you choose to be regardless of your anatomical makeup. This means a boy can enter a girls' locker room and not be punished if he says he identifies himself as a girl that day.

Save Our Kids, the organization who spear headed a referendum effort, obtained over 350,000 signatures to overturn SB 777, but unfortunately they fell short of the required 434,000 signatures and the initiative will not be on the ballot.

Therefore, it is up to Advocates' lawsuit to reverse this law because we cannot rely on political solutions alone. With your help and continued financial and prayerful support, Advocates will press on to overturn the damage already done by SB 777.

  1. PRAY for our attorneys as they fight against the army of liberal organizations and California's Attorney General, Jerry Brown.
  2. If you have not done so already, join the California Education Committee (CEC) and support our efforts.

  4. Tell your friends and family about the work that Advocates is doing so that they, too, can become fully informed and assist us at this critical time.
