Mariah Gondeiro

Vice President and Legal Counsel

Mariah Gondeiro earned her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, Mariah competed on the track and field and cross-county teams and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest score in Evidence.

Throughout her career, Mariah has served as lead counsel on several high-profile and complex constitutional cases encompassing a wide array of constitutional issues such as election integrity, free speech, medical freedom, religious freedom, and parental rights. As lead counsel, Mariah helped overturn several decisions on appeal, including a decision that resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in contempt fines and sanctions issued against a pastor for violating COVID-19 public health orders.

In addition to her love of constitutional law, Mariah has always had a knack for entrepreneurship. In high school, Mariah spearheaded a project that earned top-ten recognition at the National DECA Competition. In college, Mariah also spearheaded a project that placed in the top twenty at the National Enactus Exposition.

When not working, Mariah spends her time enjoying the great outdoors, training for triathlons, and spending time in Montana or Texas where her siblings reside.
